When will I get my order?

All of our parcels are carefully packed and shipped with Evri, one of the UK’s most trusted delivery services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Evri tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery Information:

  • 📮 Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • 🚚 All parcels are fully tracked for your peace of mind.
  • 🏡 If you’re not home, Evri may leave your parcel in a safe place or attempt redelivery.

🌿 Glassine Bags (Plastic-Free Alternative)

We package our wax melts and small goods in glassine bags — a sleek, translucent paper made from sustainably sourced wood pulp.

  • ✅ How It’s Made: Glassine is produced through a process called supercalendering, which compresses paper fibers until they become smooth and naturally water-, grease-, and air-resistant — without any plastic coatings.
  • ♻️ Recyclable & Compostable: Glassine is fully recyclable with paper, and biodegradable in both home and industrial compost systems.

This gives you the clean feel of cellophane — without the plastic waste.

♼ Recycled Print Labels & Packaging

  • We use recycled kraft boxespaper-based void filler, and labels made from recycled waste.
  • Orders are shipped with minimal outer packaging, using paper tape or compostable adhesives where possible.

We’ve taken steps to actively reduce plastic use at every level:

How much fragrance do you use?

At Scented Waves, we use the maximum allowed being 10% fragrance oil in all our wax melts.

This high concentration ensures a strong, long-lasting scent throw, so your space is filled with beautiful fragrance from the first melt to the last.

We carefully balance our oils to deliver a scent experience that’s powerful but never overpowering, using only high-quality, vegan-friendly fragrance oils.

Can I return them if I don't like them?

We want you to love every scent you melt — but we understand that fragrance is personal.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your unused wax melts within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Here’s how it works:

  • Items must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
